Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. During holidays or promotional events like Black Friday or Cyber Monday, processing times may increase due to higher order volumes.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. For express shipping options, please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT+1) will be shipped on the following business day. If the following day falls on a weekend (Saturday & Sunday) or a bank holiday, your order will be shipped on the next available working day.

Our warehouse will be closed on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day

• Christmas Day

• Easter Monday

Customs

Customs fees, tariffs, or duties are not included in the pricing. Orders shipped to non-EU countries may be subject to customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, and they are your responsibility. Please consult your local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that may be charged on your package.

Please also note that we cannot fulfill any requests to declare your package for a value other than the total value paid at checkout.
